At Kalihi-Kapalama, Kapolei, Koolau, Wahiawa, and Waianae, you can pay fees with cash, personal check, VISA, or MasterCard. At the 3 Satellite City Hall locations, you can pay only with cash or personal check.
The 3 Satellite City Hall locations process renewal and duplicate permits only. They don't administer written or road tests.
